Duplicate client on changed abortion view statistics.

In our April statistics, we have a client listed twice on the changed abortion view statistics. It is file #10471, same file # for both listings. Could you please check and let me know why that happened?

It appears you have entered 2 pregnancy tests for the month of april in 2005 for that file. The dates of each test are:
4/11/2005
4/25/2005
The Changed Abortion view compares the assessment before and after on each pregnancy test to determine the changed abortion view value. The reason the client shows up twice is because you have 2 tests entered in april.
fyi...The stats pull from the activity list on each client file. So if you ever have a question regarding monthly totals, use the drilldown on a total and click on the client's name in the drill down list. This will open the client's file and take you to their activity list. There you can check to see if you have duplicate forms entered, which in this case is appears you do.
