Statistics Reports Posted: 24 Jul 2012 01:36 PM |
Since the updates were made to eKyros, we have been having trouble pulling the statistics we need. For example, we need a list of specific material items as well as program-specific demographic information. As far as I can tell, the only filters are whole-center demographic information. Is there still a way to filter reports by case visit forms? |

Hi Nikki,
You can still pull your statistics in the same manner you were before, the only thing that's changed within Client Statistics/reports is the location of the filters to the left, and the measures are now alphabatized. Try pulling Client Visit Statistic by a measure (based upon case visit form) or Class Program Statistic by a measure. Does that make sense?

Thanks Ashleigh, that does make sense. What I can't find is the primary purpose statistics that used to be there (individual education, closets/boutiques, pregnancy test, etc.). We use those to measure how many clients are going through each program. We will use the "category" filter under client appointment statistics in the future, but for past statistics we relied on the case visit forms. |

See Primary Purpose under Case Visit Stats. Nothing has changed here since the update. Hope that helps. |

Hi Nikki,
It does now display "Demographics" opposed to "Measures" but along the left hand side, below "All Locations (Summary)" you can click the downward pointing arrow and select "Primary Purpose" I hope this helps!
