searching for client file
Posted: 03 Jul 2012 09:05 AM
Normally when we search for a client file, we type the first two letters of the last and first names...yesterday after entering the file, we went to search for the file (typing 2 letters of first/last name) but it never would come up. The only way we could search for it was by entering the field ID. Is there a way to fix this without deleting the whole file and starting over? This is the only client file we've had this problem with.

HiSmiley

It's great to hear from you, I hope you had a happy 4th! Try opening the file, clicking edit file, and make sure there are no spaces BEFORE last name example "_Smith". This will affect the search capability. If this is still happening and there was NO space please give us a call and we can troubleshoot further with you. Have a GREAT day!

Blessings,
Ashleigh
