future thought of emailing clients or donors

I just saw the new feature of signing a letter electronically and thought how great it would be to send emails right from ekyros as a follow up to clients and donors. I see you have added texts to the intake but can ekyros send a text to remind a client about an appointment?

Hi Midge,
We are hoping to add email capability from within the system in a future update. We can definitely see the benefit to our centers of being able to email out from within CenterPiece.
As far as the texting, would you mainly use this for the purpose of reminding clients about an upcoming appointment? That is a great idea; I'd like to hear more about how your center would utilize this feature.

| Yes, the thought is to use this as a feature to remind clients of upcoming appts. Right now we are looking to outside resources to be able to do this. Also texting for appts in the future ect. Reminders of appts takes alot of time so texting a reminder is so more efficient. It should give the client a way to email or text a response. Our clients like the idea because they can text most places that they cannot receive a call and talk. The hope is that we cut down our no show numbers and release appoints to be used by others in need. |
