searching for a donor organization

| You have probably gotten this question before. But, when we receive a donation from a church, it is hard to log that donation. When you do a search, you have to know the pastor's or contact person's name at the church. I had the same problem with my old software. Why is it listed by the organizations name, yet under the alphabetical title of the contact person. Is this something that is able to be remedied? |

| if you search by organization, you do not need to know the pastor's or contact's name. to search by organization, select "Organization" from the drop down list. then enter 1 or more letters of the church's name. hope that helps. |
