adding a satellite

We will be adding a satellite location in the near future. (we will be taking on a small center that already exists). Since we are already at the highest # of client files, is there any added cost to add a second location?
We will need to add additional user accounts. Is that $50/year?
I did read the info in the help menu for adding another location.
One more question: The other center has all of their files in paper form only( about 350). Should we just begin adding their client files as we can, so at least the name and birthdate are in our system?

Regarding the client files, you certainly have the option of beginning to enter them and changing the location once the additional location is available. This is entirely up to you how you would want to proceed with this task.
