updating personal information in cases Posted: 13 Mar 2012 03:50 PM |
I was wondering, for statistic purposes, what we should do in the case of a client getting married.
Ex. She came to us, we entered "single" on the case. Then, she got married during the same case. If I show now she is married, that will mess with the stats of single vs. married because the case will now read "married". Is there a way to add a tab for future changes. Also, the reverse could be true, a client is married, then divorces while we are seeing her.
Maybe I'm splitting hairs but I know this is a stat we use during presentations often - married girls vs. unmarried.
On another note, I previously asked about having the case info automatically uploaded within a new case for the same client. Each new case requires re-inputting all of her vital stats. It would be nice just to run through and change only those items that need updating. |

Hi delaine,
Thank you for your questions and feedback. Your case statistics are kind of a snapshot of what was going on with the client when her cycle of support began with you. You certainly have the option of going back and changing this information, but you are correct, it will change your statistics as well.
I can add your request to include a tab for future changes to our feature request list. Are there other questions you would want included in this feature? Would you want to be able to break down your statistics based on those that were initially entered on the case form versus the ones entered on the additional tab?
I have made a note, in addition, regarding the case data cloning when adding in additional cases once one has been entered and saved. Thank you again for your feedback!
Regards,
Amy |
