Care Net report Gospel shared

Our Gospel Shared stat is not correct in the Care Net Report. I have found one file where it is noted that the Gospel was shared in the Spiritual Assessment section and it does not display her name when I drill down from the Care Net report. It makes me wonder if there are more.
Is Spiritual Assessment where this stat comes from? What about the "concepts shared" listing of Gospel...does that have any effect on this?
What if the Gospel is shared with a client more than once? We often see this w/ clients in our Parenting Program who come on an ongoing basis.

Hi Laura,
It's great to hear from you, I hope you had a fabulous weekend! Based upon CareNet's requirements we pull the gospel presented numbers from the Case Form and whether or not the goespel was presented "yes/no." We provide extensive training videos under the Help tab within CenterPiece, we have dedicated 5 videos to the CareNet Report alone and where each number is pulling from. You can locate these videos by logging into CenterPiece, clicking on "Help" along the left hand side click "Online Training Center" and then select "Reports and Statistics" under Client Management.
