number of classes a client has taken
Posted: 26 Jan 2012 12:44 PM
Hi,
I'm trying to find a way to determine how many classes each Earn While You Learn client has taken over a period of time. For instance, I'd like to find all clients who have had more than 3 lessons, or something similar. Is there any way to get to this number?
Thanks for your help.

Hi Karen,
It's great to hear from you. Unfortunately we do not currently provide a statistic that would provide you this exact information. What would you use this for? How would it benefit your center? Thank you for providing additional details, you are appreciated.

Blessings,
Ashleigh

We are doing a required evaluation for a grant program, and we would like to survey those who have completed a certain number of lessons in our Earn While You Learn program in 2011. Or survey them all, but sort them according to the number of lessons they took.

This could be useful in verifying incentives earned, as well. At this point, I don't know of other uses. I was just hoping there was an easy way to find this information for my currrent project.

Hi karenboots,

Thank you for your feedback and for letting us know how it would best serve you to have this ability. Currently, you can use your Class Attendance Statistics and drill down on your year-end total number to sort by client. Although it will not total the number of classes taken by each client for you, it will list a client each time he/she has participated in a class. By exporting to Excel and utilizing the "CountIf" function, you should be able to get your totals without having to count each person by hand. I would be glad to walk you through the use of this function. I can be reached 469-293-3079, extension 104.

Thanks again,

Amy
