Event Contributions Reports

| I am trying to get a list of the top churches for our walk for life but I think the report is totaling more than they should be. Are they "pledges" on the report filled or unfilled? |

Hi mdasher,
Unfulfilled pledges are not included in the Event Contributions by Church Report. Is this the Report you are using?

Hi Mdasher!
What report and filters (if any) are you pulling? We provide an "Event Group Contributions by Church" report however this pulls based upon the contributions by the group captain's associated church. By wanting a list of the top churches for your Walk For Life is that based upon giving or participation? Have a great day!

| I am wanting total giving. I am using the "Event Group Contributions by Church" report and it is confusing. The problem seems to be that the pledges that have been paid are showing up in the pledges column and in the donations column. I need them to show up in one or the other so I can get an accurate total. Perhaps the best solution is to show the figures like they show on the main events list: Total Pledged; Total Pledge Payments Received; Total Unfulfilled Pledges; Total Non-Pledge Donations Received. I am needing this report in order to send letters to our churches that raised the most money so a quick solution is greatly appreciated. |

| Hi! I'm wondering if there was an update on this question. I would like to produce a report that shows the top churches, by walker (group captain). When I run the Top Churches report it shows pledge and donation amounts. I don't want the pledge included if it has already been paid. On the Sponsors Report I can see the breakdown of pledges obtained and non-pledge donations made. That would be the number I need. Is it possible to get that for churches? |
