Help list won't display

| I was trying to access the new videos from another computer at our Center, and when I click the "Help" tab, nothing displays on the left. Is this a computer problem? I tried on 2 different computers, and it won't work on either one. However, it does work on one. |

Hi Bev,
This is an issue that is happening with computers running Internet Explorer 8. Our development team is working hard researching a solution, and we will keep you posted on how that is coming. Thank you so much for letting us know...we appreciate your eye for detail and letting us know what is happening.

Hi Bev,
We are aware of the issue and are working on a fix. The issue affects some computers running IE8. If you run Windows Vista or Windows 7 upgrading to IE9 will fix the problem today. If you run Windows XP, you are out of luck since IE9 isn't support on XP. However, we are working on a fix for Windows XP users and hope to have it posted within the next day or two. | I discovered if I upgrade to IE9, it works. Thanks for your work on XP. We have both XP & Windows 7, so will look forward to your solution. |

For XP users, we have updated the July 2011 release notes, which will allow you to view the training videos TODAY. We are still diligently working on finding a solution for the help tab to be displayed. To access the videos login to CenterPiece, go to the "Help" tab, click on "2011 July Release" and then click "Go to Online Training Center" This will take you to the training home page. Our development team has been working diligently to fix the Table of Contents for XP users, and I am happy to say that as of this morning all users should be able to view the Table of Contents in the Help tab. When you get a chance, please login to CenterPiece, go to the Help tab, and confirm for us if the TOC is displaying for you. Have a good one!

| I am having this same issue. We are wanting to start using the donor management- quickbooks feature and I don't want to set it up without watching the training videos and I can't get to them. Any suggestions? |

Hi Courtney,
What operating system does your computer run (Windows 7, Windows XP, etc.)? Also what version of Internet Explorer are you using? Have you been able to view the Help tab previously?

I haven't been using this desktop for very long, but i'm pretty sure the person that used it before has watched videos on it. I also tried it on the laptop that I used before to watch videos and it did not work either.
