showing appointments have been called with reminder

| We are just beginning to use the scheduler, and are wondering if there is a way to show in the scheduler that an appointment has been called with a reminder? We like to remind our clients of appointments, and previously put a checkmark in the appointment book when we completed the reminder. Thanks! |

Hi Bev,
It's great to hear from you! You can place a note in the "comments" field of the appointment form, and also add a "correspondence" form to her file. Does that make sense?

| That's all I could figure out. Maybe for a future update, there could be a check box with "Called with Reminder" ?? Just an idea. |

Bev,
I have added your feedback, to place a checkbox option "Called to remind client of appointment", to our feature request list. Features are implemented based upon priority/usability and the number of times it is requested by centers (popularity). While I cannot guarantee when/if a request will be implemented, I will add it to our list. If you have any other feedback don't hesitate in contacting us. Have a great day!
