#28 on Monthly Report - Abstinence

| Each month this section shows "0" on the one-on-one abstinence counseling. How can I record the one-on-one abstinence counseling done here in the center? Am I just missing it or do we not have that form available? |

Hi Delaine,
It's great to hear from you! It sounds like you are looking at Question 28 on the CareNet Report, this pulls from the "Concepts Shared Form" and the "Class List." You can edit and assign the concept/class to the appropriate program by opening the concepts shared form/individual education form and edit the concepts list (click edit list) as well as the class list (click the box to the right with the 3 dots) It will show you want concept/class is assigned to which program. To fix those that are unknown or assigned to the wrong program click edit, change the program, then click update to the left. Does this make sense?
