when we enter events that re-occur each year. Should there be an entry for each year or only the year they participated in the event? |

Hi Judi,
It's great to hear from you, can you provide additional details? Are you asking if you should create an event for each year "2011 Banquet" "2010 Banquet" etc. or if Sally Smith attends the 2010 Banquet but doesn't actually attend the 2011 Banquet should you still add her to 2011 because she attended previously? I am a bit confused. Thank you for the additional detail, you're appreciated.

Hi Ashleigh,
I kow that I didn't explain that very well. I was working on the update for 2010 and 2011 and some in 2009. We have the ongoing Adopt-A-Day program which keeps sponsors on the list for each year. I think what I figured out what it was going to look like was as long as they are a part of this program, they will show each year for their participation. I am beginning to look into setting up for our 2011 major fundraiser for this year and feel like I am coming into some understanding of what each group looks like. Mahalo for your response. Judi |

Judi,
You are correct, you could pull batch receipts by event for a date range and get only those people who gave to that event for that date range OR you could create an event for each year "2011 Adopt-A-Day" etc. You are welcome, if you have any other questions please let me know, have a GREAT day!
