I have noticed this too. It will only save new churches if you open another window and save the "organization"
Some are one-time entries, I want to keep the info, but entering the church separately slows me down.

Hi Rico and Georgia,
You have to first save the church as an "organization" file in order for it to be available as an option in the drop down, on the general file, and it has to be in the drop down list in order for it to "stick" once you save and close. Does that make sense?

Blessings,
Ashleigh

Yes I understand. It just makes for another step in the entry process. We have so many little churches here in the country and with the fact that we service a University, I end up adding a lot of different church names.

Georgia,
Please continue adding the church as you are, this allows for you to easily pull information out of the system. Have a great day!

Blessings,
Ashleigh
