More CareNet questions

We are trying to reconcile our year-end numbers, since I haven't had this position that long I need to know which entry questions generate the numbers. Not all questions are worded the same and I'm having trouble matching them up. Is there a manual that matches them up for me?
~ Question #12 Did we provide services: Licensed Adoption Agency. We work with one, but we are not one. Where would this information be entered in the client's file? (Same for maternity home)
~Question 14 Exit Report: I don't enter this info anywhere. Where would this info come from?
~ Question # 21 Preg options counseling: this number is about a quarter of our PG test number. We give options counseling to ALL of our clients. I can tell it's generated in the 'concepts shared' section, but which selections contribute to that number?
~ Question #29 Group presentations. We do this, but I don't know how to enter it into EKyros.
I'm sure there will be more to come LOL. Thanks for the help.

Hi Georgia,
Question 12 and 14 are not tracked by CenterPiece but by your center separately. Question #21 is pulled based upon Concepts Shared Form, Individual Education Form, and Group Classes. It is based upon the program that is attributed to the concept or class. You can confirm they have the correct program by opening a client file, opening a concepts shared form, edit the list for concepts shared, this will show you the program in the column all the way to the right. Once you finish with that form open an individual education form, to the right of "class name" click the box with the 3 dots "..." and see the program attributed to the class name. Regarding question #29, this is currently not tracked via CenterPiece either, you will need to manually track this via an MS Excel worksheet.

Thank you so much. I noticed that a lot of my concepts were tagged as 'other' or 'unknown' and that's why the numbers weren't matching up.
Another question.... on # 33 and #34: Where do those number come from? I have several files that have rededicated life, but they aren't showing up in either question.
Also, on the profession of faith DATE question, it that the date the client originally was baptized or accepted Christ or the date of the counseling session where she accepted Christ?

Regarding the CareNet Report questions 33 and 34 are pulled from the "Date accepted Jesus" field on the Case Form.

I've run some test cases and I can't get anything to show up in question 33, it keeps showing 0.
The input screen is asking for the date that our client accepted Christ, yet the CareNet report is asking if the client indicated a decision to receive Christ. If client accepted Christ years ago, then that date is entered. Even if we put the date of the counseling session as the date of acceptance, it's not showing up in Question 33.
I don't know that it's a big deal, but I want to accurately report our activities.
ANOTHER QUESTION: Under Concepts Shared, the abuse/rape support check boxes are associated with the "Unknown" catagory. Can I edit the catagories somehow? If not, which catagory would be more appropriate?

The case form is intended to track profession of faith/rededication that happened because of the center either through sharing the gospel or further education such as bible studies, etc. Again this was an impact the center made. If the client comes in and made a profession of faith at church 3 years before that client would be "Already a believer." Does this make sense? If you have marked "profession of faith/rededication" and the date accepted Jesus is within the date range you are pulling your CareNet Report then they will show up in that number. Does this make sense?
Regarding concepts shared you absolutely can update/revise these programs. Open any client file, along the left hand side click "Concepts Shared" and edit the list. When edit list comes up you can "edit" a concept change/update the program, and then click "update" to save the changes.

I was pretty sure the date was a current one. I can't seem to make it record, but I'll keep trying.
I have added services under the concepts shared, but I can't add "programs." Currently, our abuse counseling is under 'unknown.' I can move it to 'other', but need advice as to which program would most accurately reflect the service as far as CareNet is concerned.
