Class and Literature Drop-downs
Posted: 04 Jan 2011 10:36 AM
Happy New Year, everyone.
Our drop downs are increasingly burdensome because of the numbers of classes and literature we have added over the years. We don't use many of them anymore, but there's currently no way to get them to quit showing up on the drop downs. The counselors have an option to disable them from showing up on the counselor drop down. It would be so helpful if the same thing was available for classes and literature, and would save our data entry people tons of time.
Any help you can give in this area would be greatly appreciated.
God bless you all,
Karole for Rayna

Hi Karole,
Happy New Year!!! I hope you had a blessed Christmas as well. You currently DO have the ability to enable/disable the literature lists, but you are correct you cannot enable/disable the classes list at this time. I will pass this great suggestion along to development. Have a great day!

Blessings,
Ashleigh

Our class lists are very long too, and it was bugging me until I realized we could start typing in the name of the class and it would jump to that section of the list. This speeds things up a lot.
