Daily Notes
Posted: 01 Feb 2011 08:10 AM
Hi there!!

I just logged on to Ekyros and saw the update for the Daily Notes, that is great BUT it really needs to be on the Scheduler since that is where appointmentts are made and you need to know who is in or not. Is there anyway of doing that. Also, on the Scheduler when putting in Staff/Volunteer it brings up EVERYONE that has been here as staff or volunteer even though they are no longer active. I know that you can enter in the first letters of the last name BUT not all the people making the appointments on the phones know the last names of all the Staff and Volunteers. Can that be changed? Sorry don't mean to complain!!!! I love the other changes!!!

Hi LouAnne,

Thanks for your feedback!

Regarding Staff/Vounter - when you create a new appointment, the Staff/Volunteer field is defaulted to be empty. When the field is empty you can click on the down arrow and it will fill a list of names. If you need to see more names, you can click the "more" button at the bottom of the list. We will also be updating the list to filter out in-active Staff.

Regarding Daily Notes - We continually listen to feedback on ways to improve the scheduler. Most feedback to date we've recieved said it is acceptable to put the daily notes under resources tab/view. If we receive feedback from others requesting daily notes under the other views (day/week/month), we will definitely consider it. As of now, you are the first person requesting this.
