New Release Posted: 26 Jan 2011 01:37 PM |
Your tech team did an amazing job with all of the updates. We are very excited about the time we will save and the errors that will be avoided. However, there is one concern. In the past, all of the lists could only be edited by someone with administrative priviledges. It appears now that any one can edit a list and that is not good beacause our client educators enter a good portion of their own data. I know this is not a best practice, but it is our reality. Is this correct and is there a way to tweek it back to the way it was?
Thanks, Sandi |

Hi Sandi,
It's great to hear from you. I am glad you are enjoying the latest update! The list(s) view and ability to edit has *NEVER* been locked down based upon the role of the user id. If you have access to client, donor, or staff you have access to the entire area. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. If we can be of further assistance don't hesitate in contacting us. Have a great day.
Blessings,
Ashleigh |
