XP 2003 Computer and new format....

| We have one XP 2003 computer which is used by our office manager. It is not bringing up the pop up the appointment form, on the resource page, when the grey or colored squares are clicked. All of our other computers are bringing it up. We have tried going out of Ekyros and logging in again. Have you had others with this problem? |

Hi Vlwangler,
I have not had any other calls/inquiries regarding this issue. Is your pop-up blocker restricting access and allowing the scheduler to bring this window up? When you click on it is there a yellow/beige information bar along the top of your Internet Explorer window showing a pop-up has been blocked?
