Care Net Report Posted: 06 Jan 2011 09:57 PM |
I've started checking numbers for our Care Net Report. Can you please clarify the following:
Care Net Report Question 8: Number of clients who received parenting EDUCATION? 85 (taken from the Client Program Statistics which includes classes and concepts).
Ekyros Statistical report for Class Attendance Statistics shows 628 parenting classes were taken. Exporting the list to Excel and deleting the duplicates results in 121 clients who took those classes.
Care Net Report Question 9: Number of clients who received childbirth EDUCATION? 70 (taken from Client Program Statistics which includes classes and concepts).
Ekyros Statistical report for CLASS ATTENDANCE shows 32 childbirth classes were taken. Deleting the duplicate clients results in 20 clients who took those classes. I am really confused about this one. I checked the list of 70 clients produced by the Client Program Stats against the 20 clients who actually took classes. Several of the clients who actually took classes are not on the program statistics list.
Care Net Report Question 13: Number of clients who received post-abortion SUPPORT? 36 (taken from Client Program Statistics)
These 36 clients were only told about the availability of post-abortion support as a concept shared. No one actually came back for post-abortion counseling or classes.
Care Net Report Question 14: Number of clients who received one-on-one abstinence COUNSELING? 235 (Taken from Client Program Statistics)
The fact that abstinence classes/counseling are available was a concept that was shared 235 times. I have not taken the time to delete the duplicate clients. bit there were actually only 6 clients who took abstinence classes/received one-on-one counseling.
Thanks,
Karole |

We are releasing a new update to CenterPiece within a couple weeks. As part of the upate, we've included a new "updated" Care Net report. This new report is based on Care Net's updated report for 2011. It will also allow you to drill-down on the numbers right within the report. This will make it super easy to validate your numbers. The report also pulls for real-time data, so when you make fixes, you won't have to wait a day for the data to be re-processed...it will happen immediately. I recommend you wait for this release before you start checking your numbers. |
