Data entry
Posted: 04 Jan 2011 07:21 PM
Hi, again. We're trying to cut way back on the amount of time it takes to enter data. While all of the questions are valuable for counseling, most of them don't affect statistics. We do not print out the completed forms for the client files but use the ones completed by hand by the counselors. Is there anyway to delete the questions from the data entry screens that we don't use for stats?

Hi Karole,
Currently there is not a way to add/remove questions within the software. I apologize for any inconvenience. Please provide a specific list you'd like to see removed and why and I can pass this along to the development team.

Blessings,
Ashleigh

On the pregnancy test screen, we only need Client Questions 1, 5, 6 and 14.

Thanks, Ashleigh.

Hi Karole,
Thank you for the clarification. I will pass your suggestion to enable/disable questions on the Pregnancy Test Form along to the development team. I pray you are having a blessed week my friend!
