cleaning up options on case intake form Posted: 26 Oct 2010 11:17 AM |
I desperately need to clean up the Client Questions options on the Case Intake Form (i.e. "How did you hear about us", etc.). There doesn't seem to be a way to do this. What am I missing?

Hi Denise,
THANK you for utilizing our online forums! You are correct, currently you do not have an "enable/disable" option for those questions, this is on the feature request list, however you can put a Z or Z INACTIVE in front of the option. This will in turn put it to the bottom of the list, once you export you can remove those options from the form so the printed version doesn't even show them. For example if you have "Website" and you wish this to be inactive you could edit this item and change it to "Z Website" or "Z INACTIVE Website" and then click update. Does this make sense?
