Is it possible to do a search for the client's first name only? |

Hi Shirley,
Yes, it is possible to search for a client by the first name. Here are the steps:
1. Go to "Client Management"
2. Click on "Files"
3. In the search box, type a space and then a comma and the first couple letters of the client's first name.
Here is an example:
If the client's name is Jane Doe, you will enter " , ja" in the search field.

Actually, you don't even have to type a space at the start of the search string. Just type a comma and 1 or all letters of the firstname. example below:
",shir"
the example above will return all client's with a first name of "shir". hope that helps. |
