Office / Resource Contacts in e-kyros

I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to speak with you at the carenet conference. The request has been made in my office to ask if a "contacts" tab could be added for general contacts such as other local PRC's, Heritage House, etc.. Basically something like a rolodex. Our computers aren't networked so if I have a contact in my computer, the others can't see it. It would be nice if we could have that possibility within e-kyros. We would really like to make e-kyros our "go to" place and streamline all of our records.
Also, is there a way to link my donors to my staff / volunteers. Several of my donors are volunteers and I would love to just enter them once and have them show in both searches.
Part 3 - is there a way to generate e-mails / group e-mails from the donor or staff lists? |
