Exit Survey Tracking

| I was wondering if maybe there is already a way or if in the future there can be a way to somehow track the rating from our client Exit Surveys. I know this is important information for Centers to have, as well as something that Care-Net is now trying to monitor. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks. |

I figured out a way to use the "concepts shared" via office forms!! It allows us to track survey results and generate a report for the ED!
