Appointment Book - Non-client appts

Is there a way to be able to use the appointment book without assigning the time to a client? For example, it may be helpful to be able to put an appointment in for me (the center Director) to meet with one of our staff mememebers. So if it would be possible to assign the appointment to another staff memeber or to have a general appointment assigned to no one would be very helpful. This way the time is blocked out of my schedule and the front desk can't schedule a client for me or the other staff member during that time.

Hi Amy,
Thank you for the feedback. Currently there is not a way to schedule non-client appointments. My suggestion would be to create a "dummy" client file titled "Center Meeting" and assign that as the client, in the comment section you can specify what it is for. Moving forward I will definitely pass along the suggestion to the development team of opening up the appointment and enabling all appointments for the center to be added.

This would be a great feature. As office manager, I need to post reminders and document things that were done that day. It would save me from having to use this program and a separate calendar prgm.

Just want to share my agreement for this feature to be developed :)
It would be really helpful - especially as we try to move towrds keeping our appointment book online- currently we use an actual book- and our EK book is filled in post appointments only....
We'd love to be ready for the option line integration- but are still figuring out how to make the EK appointment book work for us.
