client search by staff/volunteer

| I love the advanced filter options you added to the client file search with the Oct. 2009 update. I would love to be able to search by originating staff/volunteer as well. For example, I know the first name of a client seen by a specific staff member, but have no idea when she was seen, etc. It would be nice to be able to search by first name and originating staff member. Does that make sense? It would lessen the detective aspect of my job greatly! Thanks! |

Sandy,
Great news, you have this capability now! Go to Client Management, Reports, Case Status Report, you can pull by date range of when a case is created or for ALL cases, and you can pull by originating staff/volunteer, then click "Run Report" and it will bring ALL client cases where that staff/volunteer was the originating person who saw her/him. From there simply click on the column title you wish to sort by such as "First Name" "Last Name" etc. If you have any other questions don't hesitate in contacting us. Have a great weekend.

That is wonderful news! I must admit, the Reports section is one area I haven't really played around in yet. It looks like I should explore that area a little more. Thank you so much for your help!
