Search feature

I need to be able to see what files were updated or started on any given date. I don't see a search option for date entered on the screen.

Hi G,
You are burning up the forums today, I LOVE IT!!!! Are you referring to the search options when looking for a file or the Client Files Report? What would you utilize this information for? I am trying to better understand your needs to come up with a possible solution, I look forward to hearing from you, thanks.

This is day 4 for me using the software, so I have lots of questions !!!!!
Once I enter file information the physical file is moved to another room. I would like to see all the files I worked on for a certain date w/o having to look at the appointment book and physically pull the files.

Hi Georgia,
Thank you for the inquiry. One suggestion would be to Click Client Management, Statistics, Activity Statistics, Set Column 2 to Activity Type and then Run Report. You will be viewing all forms created in an individual month. To view the daily activity, you will drill down on the number that presents in the monthly column and then order by the subheading 'Date'. To order by date, just click on the word 'date', and let it refresh and then click the word 'date' again. If you would like training please contact an account manager by calling 469.293.3079. Currently we don't have a specific report of "daily" activity but I will definitely pass that suggestion along to the development team. I know that it would be ideal to have a "log" of what has been done in the database that day. Have a great day.
