rescheduled appointments, navigating files
Posted: 13 Apr 2010 04:12 PM
I have noticed that when an appointment is rescheduled on the appointment calendar, it still shows up on "My Appointments" as an appointment. Is there a way that either the reschedule appointment disappears, or that there is a note about it being rescheduled that automatically shows? When I go to the full appointment book, it is clear, but on the My Appts page it looks like that appointment still is upcoming.

Another question, totally unrelated! I have noticed that when I open a case within a client file, the "general" tab goes away and there is no easy way to get back to that page (other than the back browser button, which works, but then takes me back through any changes that I have already made). Is there a reason that the general tab is not there on that case page? Can this be changed?

And one more thing!SmileyIt would be helpful to have the date a file was first opened show up on the search screen when we search for a file. There is nothing to indicate how long ago the file was opened. For instance we were going through to close inactive cases today, but found no easy way to see at a quick glance how old a file was.

Thank you for your help and patience!

Hi Karenboots,

I will pass your suggestions along to the development team re: Office page--My Appointments. Regarding the general tab, once you click into a case you are in "Case Details" to get back to the case list and general tab simply click on "Case List" at the top of the page, opposed to "Back to cases." Also if you search via the "Cases" tab by client it will show the "Case date" which is the date the case was created or opened. If I can be of further assistance don't hesitate in contacting us.

Blessings,
Ashleigh

Thank you. Clicking on the "Case List" button does make it work quicker. I hadn't noticed that one before. I'm still puzzled as to why we wouldn't want that general tab to always be there, because that information is connected to every case in that client file.

I appreciate your help.
