Group Classes
Posted: 31 Mar 2010 01:23 PM
Hello! I am looking at the group classes. I have scheduled individuals for classes and some they have attended and some they have not. Is there a way to track or even to see the classes they were scheduled for and then did not attend-I see where I can view the classes they have attended. We need to see how many of our clients are scheduling classes and not attending. Thank you so much for your help!

Hi Charise,
Have you "scheduled" this through the appointment book within Client Management or are they included in the class roster of a group class? Thank you for the clarification.

Blessings,
Ashleigh

Yes-thank you for clarification-they are scheduled in the class roster under group classes and it shows up when they attend the class (after we check that they attended). The issue is that when they do not show up for the class and their name is not clicked as attending, it is not showing up anywhere. We would like to be able to see if they were scheduled for a group class and did not attend. I hope this makes sense! Thanks again!

Hi Charise,

Currently there is not a way to pull statistics for group classes of show/no show. I will pass this suggestion along to our development team. You can always print the class roster and for those that don't show create a note or follow-up as well as compile your own statistics within Excel. Thank you for your feedback!

Blessings,
Ashleigh
