New names

Hi everyone,
Is there a way to bring up the names, addresses, etc. of new folks added to eKyros who haven't given yet?

Hi Aimee-
You can pull a list of donors who have NOT given. Please follow the steps below, if you have any additional questions or concerns don't hesitate in contacting us. Have a GREAT day!
1. Go to Receipting
2. Select desired date range EXAMPLE: 01/01/2006-08/13/2009
3. Amount Received between 0 and 1
4. Select Run Report
5. Along the upper left hand side select “View as List”
6. Click on column title twice until the small black arrow is pointing UP, will be in A-Z order
7. This will provide you the list of donors who have NOT given more than $1.00

Hi Ashleigh,
I'm going to back to your response from last August and trying to follow the steps you posted but it's not working for me. For some reason, eKyros is saying that there are just 3 people who were added to our system in the past 3 years and haven't given. We know it's many more than that.
I've gone to Receipting, then selected "Create Statements". Is that correct? That step isn't listed in your reply above but seems to be my only option. Perhaps that's where I'm misunderstanding.

Aimee,
If you have people within your donor files that have ACTUALLY given between those amounts it will not pull the other files. I haved added the request to our future release list of being able to pull a report of those who are in the system and have NEVER given.

Ashleigh,
Is there any way to bring up all of the donors that have been added to eKyros between 01/01/2009 and now whether or not they've given?
I'm thinking I could compare that list with a list of those who have given and get everyone that way.

Aimee,
Based upon what you are specifying my best suggestion would be to go to Donor Files Report and pull by the date created field (when the file was added). Export to Ms Excel. Pull your batch statements report and pull by the same date range, upper left corner view as list, export to Ms Excel. Compare the two lists removing everyone who HAS given (the statements list). You are left with those who were added and have not given. From there you can use this list as a data source for a mailing or whatever purpose that is necessary.

I did what you suggested (going to the Donor Files Report) and pulling by the date created (01/01/2008 to 03/31/2010) and it gave me all of our donors, many of which were added before 01/01/2008. Do you have any idea what happened?

Aimee,
If you and your center started utilizing CenterPiece and did a data import, they would all have the same date (when it was created and put into the system). This sounds like what is happening with you. Please contact your Account Manager so we can better assist you.
