Printer error

| Every time I try to export data to MS Word I get this message:missing file http://www.ekyros.com:443/CPStyles/PrinterFriendly/default/css. When I save and them edit to print, ie forms etc. the grid lines don't show up. Can you help? |

Hi TheresaB,
What version of Windows and Microsoft Word do you have? I am unsure of what the issue is so need further details. What form specifically are you trying to open? What are the steps you are following? I look forward to hearing from you.

| Windows XP, 2007 Office Professional, and I was working with office forms for clients. I'm doing the same as I had in the past but now it gives me this error every time I try to export. It does this with donor receipts as well. I also have AVG virus protection if that matters. |

I just exported each of the 3 Office Forms out into MS Word and had no issues. I cannot say why you are experiencing this issue. Please contact us directly, (469) 293-3079, so we can better provide solutions and find the issue. Thank you!
