Center Program Stats

Under Center Program Stats in the Care-Net Report - #7 says: number of clients who received pregnancy options counseling. Where does it pull this information from? We're confused.

Hi Delaine,
This information pulls from the program tied to "Concepts Shared" and "Individual Education" forms. To access this information go to Client Management, along the left hand side click on Office Forms, click on "Office Use Only Form" Go to Concepts Shared Form (in alphabetical order) and under #3. Concepts Shared click on Edit List, this will show you each concept and the program attached to it. Do the same thing for Individual Education. If the program is incorrect simply click "Edit" choose the correct program from the drop down and then click "update" to the right.

We are encountering some significant inconsistencies in the client program statistics report.
For example when we draw the report by program type, it tells us that 14 women have received post-abortion support. This just isn't the case....and when we drill down on that number 14, several of the clients that show up have never even had abortions, let alone post abortion support. Can you provide any direction here? |

This is specific to the program that the concept or class that it is tied to within their corresponding forms. The Concepts Shared Form "Concepts Shared" portion is linked directly to a program which determines how it is pulled in the center program stats. Same with the Individual Education Class, each class is linked to a program and determines what that is pulled into. Edit your list on each form and confirm the correct program is linked to each item.
