Payment on Pledges

Hello! I am looking to run a report to see all donations paid against pledges in 2009; this would include pledges made in 2008 but paid in 2009. Can you help me with choosing the correct report parameters that would give us this data? Thank you so much for your help!

| Hi Charise. Thank you for the question. You can select Donor Management, Reports, Pledge Statements and the instead of 'viewing as a report', change the setting to 'view as list'. This provides you with a listing of your pledgers with Total Amount Pledged, Total Amount Remaining, Total Amount Due, Date Created and more. Also, if your pledges are linked to an event, you can view a total summary of the Pledges under Donor Management, Events, then view event listings. Thank you for your time. |
