Blocking access to client files
Posted: 19 Nov 2008 12:34 PM
A few situations have come up where it would be helpful to be able to block access to some client files. For instance, I have inputted notes on several clients that I do not want to be seen by everyone because of confidentiality. Is there a way to do this?

Thanks,

- Irene Jensen

In relation to that particular question...

We don't use the appointment book in eKyros because we don't want people booking appointments to have access to all client files in the database.

I've asked in the past...so I'll bring it up again.SmileyIs there a possibility that we could create user accounts that can only access the appointment book?
