Appointment book Posted: 23 Dec 2009 04:46 PM |
Is there a way to have the appointment book available to reception/counselors so they can make appointments with out being able to access client cases? |

Darlene-
Currently there is not a way to break up, within Client Managment, what someone has access to. At this point it is ALL or nothing. How would you like to see this look? What situations would this be helpful in? My thought is each center usually has staff that sign a "Confidentiality Statement" so this would cross all information within the center. Let me know your thoughts. Have a GREAT day!
Blessings,

It would be helpful to have a setting where a user only has access to the calendar and general information (eg. the file ) not the case information. We are a small community and sometimes there are conflicts of interest because people know each other. We also have reception volunteers who need access to the appointments but not specific client information. |
