I have read a few posts, where others have suggested this, but it has been a little while and want to re-suggest, that a new feature be added to the New Appointment form. I would like to see a place to enter the phone number of the client. As others have mentioned it is tedious when calling to confirm clients to have to go into each of their files to retrieve the phone number, and it is redundant to have to enter the phone number in two different locations ( the new client file and the comments section of appointments). In addition, it would be nice if the phone number would show up in the appointments by staff/volunteer report. So that in the event that we should lose our internet connection, we would in the very least have the appointments and the phone numbers.

You are amazing! I will again remind the development team of adding this feature. I agree (being a front desk queen previously) that it would be most helpful to have it automatically show up, instead of having to enter the phone number multiple places.
