Center Program Statistics
Posted: 05 Dec 2009 08:47 AM
I need a confirmation...
I was thinking that the Center Program Statistics for the Care-net report located in the Client Program Statistics (under Pregnancy & Support) of eKYROS pulls from one of 3 locations of which one is the Individual Education form. The Individual Education form is the only one I see that requires a program description when setting up a class name. Is this correct?

Thanks,
Gina

Gina-

You are up earlySmileythe Center Program statstics pull from three locations the Individual Education, Concepts Shared (concepts), and the Group Classes. You can access these areas by going to the differing locations within CenterPiece or by clicking on Office forms, and selecting "Office Use Only Form." Once within the office use only form, you can edit the list and verify that all programs are set to a value other than unknown.

Have a BLESSED weekend!

Grateful,
Ashleigh

I was up too early... you were probably laughing at me because you knew that I knew the answer, however, I did learn something new about the Office forms, I will go check it out.

Thank you,

Gina

Care-Net report asks for statistics concerning the "Number of clients who received one-on-one abstinence counseling" what are the best options for tracking this information? We are currently tracking through the Inividual Education form.

Your thoughts are most appreciated

Gina-
I copied the below excerpt from the CareNet Report User Guide, Page 16.

"Center Program Statistics (New Cases Only)—Questions 7-18 (excluding 16):
All of these questions (excluding questions 10 and 15 which are not supported in CenterPiece atthis time) are calculated in the same way:

SOURCE: Totals of the Concepts Shared Form (Question #3), Individual Education
Form (Question #1), and Group Class attendance. When setting up your Concepts
Shared list, and Classes list both for Group Classes and the Individual Ed. Form,
CenterPiece forces you to select a “Program” name that corresponds to the type of
concept/class you are setting up. The Programs in the list directly correspond with the
Program names on the Care Net report.

If you have already set-up your Concepts Shared and Class Names, you can always edit
these and select the most accurate “Program.” When you edit the program name, this
information for all past data entry will be updated automatically and your stats will be
updated also. * For help on locating and editing your program names, pleaser refer to
the first section of this document.
CORRESPONDING STAT: Client Program Statistics. Select the center location and the
“Program Type” measure. (For questions 16 – 18 you will also need to select “Gender”
for column 3)"

If I can be of further assistance don't hesitate in contacting me further. Have a GREAT day!

Blessings,
Ashleigh

Thank you, I did read this after the first question I posed. I think I am looking for the most efficient/quickest way to chart only what is asked of us in reports.
Thanks for your thoughts.
