Disable/Enable Feature Client Forms

I am ready to do some serious housekeeping with our Individulal Education and Concepts Shared forms and I would like to know how dangerous the disable feature is. So if I disable some of the class/concept names now will those stats still show when I pull the stats, or does it just hide the titles?

Gina-
No it will not affect your statistics and reports. The only thing it will affect is it no longer showing as an option to select in the list you disable (concepts shared and/or individual education). If they have previously been selected in that year, they will show up in statistics and reports.
