Multiple Locations/Locations
Posted: 03 Dec 2009 09:08 AM
Couple days ago I pulled the Client Visit Stats by Visit Type and Primary Purpose for our second location and I saw that we had Individual education statistics for this Center which does not offer Individual education (with the exception of one client). I drilled down and saw that when I charted I overlooked changing the location box for some of the form. I made the changes and gave it a day to update.

Yesterday I pulled the stats again and the same 13 clients remained. I drilled this stat down and when I clicked on the Client's Activity Tab for the file the Form Location show the correct location (Grandview which is our location that offers individual education),

One thing I did notice is that when pulling the stat for Client Visit by Visit Type and Primary Purpose before drilling down showed a location of Sunnyside (where it originated?).

I am thinking that when I am charting I would need to make sure that the CENTER LOCATION at the top right of the eKYROS log off button needs to be changed before I start entering Data, or I would need a different log in for each center when entering a Client's data.

Please confirm for me or let me know if I am completely off track here. What are your thoughts?

Talk with you later and Thank you,
Gina

Gina-

When setting up a user id you have the option to set a default location, this is what will show on your forms as you complete data entry. You are correct in that you will either need to verify your location (along the upper right corner) is changed to the correct location OR as you do data entry change each form to the correct location. It sounds as though you want the file originating location as Grandview, and any services offered in Sunnyside, those individual forms set as such. My suggestion would be to default your location to Grandview (where majority of clients are seen) and change the select few who are actually seen at the Sunnyside location. If I can be of further assistance, or have misunderstood you, don't hesitate in contacting us further. I hope your Thanksgiving was both BLESSED and refreshing, have a GREAT day!

Grateful,
Ashleigh

Thank you for your input. I just want to let you know what was happening with our report,

I found that on the Client file form at the bottom left there is a ORIGINATING LOCATION as well as LOCATION at the top right of each activity form (except notes) and the very top by the log off button.

I kept looking at the Activity in the Client view for incorrect form locations which I had to change but forgot to check the most obvious (Case Visit) form in the Client Case view.

My stats look much better this morning.

Have a great day!
