Appointment Statistics
Posted: 24 Nov 2009 08:29 PM
Kari started writing down the client’s phone # in the note part of the appt form- since she is supposed to call the Client the day before their appt, it’s much faster not having to look them all up.

Is it possible to pull a report with the option of a specifc date so that a report can be pulled with the Client's information for appointment reminders?

Do you have alternative suggestion for us?

Thanks,
Gina T

Gina-

Can you be more specific? If you are pulling the Report: Appointments by Staff/Volunteer, and the phone number is IN the comment box, this shouldn't be an issue. All that would be necessary is to reference the following day's appointment schedule and follow-up with each client. You would need to pull their individual file anyways, because you will be recording any correspondence that was made. What type of report would work best for you? What information would be included? Where would this information be pulled from, the source form?

I look forward to hearing from you soon. Have a GREAT day!

Blessings,
Ashleigh

Putting the phone number in the Appointment Form box is helpful when making the appointment reminder calls but it does not always get done.

I thought if Staff were able to run this specific stat it would give us another opportunity to check for incomplete items on the Client while making appointment reminder calls.

In saying all this I went back to your suggestion Client File, Stats, Appointments, (whether I use Staff/Volunteer or Source etc.), I exported to Excel and sorted by Appointment Date and it gave me what I needed.

Thanks, I knew you would have an alternative for me.
