Risk assessment

This new feature is being very troublesome for me. If the initial assessment per the Case Form - which is pre-pregnancy test - is pro-abort, it automatically results in a Risk Time line entry. If the test is negative, it does not negate that. Extra work to go into the time line and delete it. Am I missing something?

Karole-

You wouldn't delete the initial assessment, as you stated that is completed pre-test. You would create a "Final Assessment" form and select NOT APPLICABLE. If I can be of further assistance, don't hesitate in contacting us. Have a GREAT day!

Blessings,
Ashleigh
