At risk Timeline input

Thanks for all you do to help us do our jobs better.
I was hoping to get some clarification on the At Risk Timeline.
If a client has a negative PT is it correct to put "Not Applicable" for both after assessment questions (5 and 5b) on the Pregnancy Test form? I have been doing this and see that the At Risk Timeline will not record a assessment for stage 2. What would be the right way to record a negative test client on the At Risk Timeline and on PT form? Thanks for your help.

Abox-

Thank you for your encouraging and positive feedback! You are correct, if the test is negative you will mark the assessment and client stated intentions as "Not Applicable" as there is no longer a pregnancy to track. Negative tests are *NOT* reflected in the at risk timeline because again there is no pregnancy to track. Under Stage 2 it states "If more than 1 Pregnancy Test form exists, the most recent positive test is used. "

If I can be of further assistance or you need additional clarification don't hesitate in contacting us further. Have a GREAT day!

Blessings,
Ashleigh
