File Summary Report

We are having to shred our past client forms (closed from years prior to 2008/2009) because of sheer storage space. We print out the file summary report when a return client comes back. However, that report does not reflect the result of the past case unless she gives birth. It only reflects the children. Am I missing something?

Also, we have closed files as "unknown" outcome because we were never able to follow-up due to disconnected phone #, etc. Then the client comes in and we discover in fact she did give birth and want to go back and change the outcome and record the child's name, etc. Since we do not have pregnancy outcome on the activity list or access to the outcomes, how do we accomplish this?

Ahh...we missed the outcome on the file summary report. We will add the outcome column to the cases list on the file summary report. We should be able to post a fix this evening.

Regarding "Unknowns", you can always view the cases and associated outcomes under the Case List tab of the client's file. You can also search for cases under "Client Management / Cases". To edit the outcome you need to open the case details screen.

FYI: We posted an updated last nigth that includes Case Outcome information in the file summary report. Thanks again for your feedback!
