Tracking Spiritual Decisions

Is there a report where we can see how many clients have actually accepted Christ at the Clinic?
I've found their spiritual status, but I don't see anything that says how many clients actually made a decision this month. |

Hi Ashly,
In Client Management, you can run the "Initial Visits" report in the Statistics section. Select your date and set Column 1 to "Christian Status". This report will show 6 measures: Unknown, Already a Believer, Not a Believer, Made a Profession of Faith, Rededicated Life, Unsure.
The Made a Profession of Faith number will give you the number of clients who accepted Christ.
Please note that the report will not show the measure if the number is equal to zero. For example, if no one was assessed as "Not a Believer" that measure will not show up on the report.

Carlye,
I am having trouble with tracking those who have made a profession of faith. Do I need to change all of the information in the Office Use Only portion of the form? I have only changed the info stating when a client receives Christ. I did this last month, but it is not showing up in my report as a Profession of Faith.
Also, suggestion: Could the Spiritual Information be placed on the Concepts Shared form? It would make much more sense that if a client comes in as an unbeliever, and then a few visits later, makes a profession of faith, that this could be noted on a form that is not static.
The Concepts Shared form would allow those essential changes without changing the initial visit info.

Hi Linda!
You should only have to change the information in the Office Use Only section of the Initial Visit form. This will change the reports to reflect the fact that they made a profession of faith. Where are you seeing that the data didn't update?
As far as your suggestion, we totally agree!!! We are making some changes to take that type of information (changes in spiritual status and changes in abortion view) off the forms and make them properties that can be changed at any time (i.e. not static). I don't have all the details, but we are hashing it out and hope to have a new release very soon!
