middle initial

Hello,
We recently came across a duplicate name in our data base. I would like to suggest that a future update would include showing the clients middle initial on the file portion of the client database. This would help us to know which client we are pulling up the information for and not getting the two confused.

Thanks for your awesome feedback! I have passed your suggestion along to our development team. A good verification to use would be the birthdate. Check first name, last name, and birthdate. If you are wanting to implement this immediately you could always put first name space and middle initial in the FIRST NAME field "FIRST NAME: Cherie A" Have a GREAT day!
