Literature

| We have created a long list under "Literature" and now I want to delete some of those things we do not use. I see where I can go in and edit the list and it gives me the option to delete, however when I click delete it says "Cannot delete record. This item is referenced by form." Can you tell me how to delete these brochures we no longer want on the list? |

Hi Bridget!
At this point you don't have the ability to delete them without losing the history of who received that brochure. We are hoping to add the capability to mark a title active/inactive in the future so they show in the LIST but they do show in reports and stats of previous history. Thanks, have a GREAT day!
