I see that the place to assign a "category" to a client is on the general information page. I am afraid that by adding a category to the client's general information and not the case it will cause my statistics to be inaccurate. For example, Jane Doe comes in January 2009 and is "already life minded" and has her baby. Then, she comes in some time later having either miscarried or given birth to that child and finds that she is pregnant again. She states she does not want to be pregnant and this time she is "abortion minded". I can change the category to reflect her most recent visit but then it is not correct for her first visit.
It seems that it would be more accurate if we could assign a category to each individual case instead of the client. Is it possible to do this? Or is there something I need to do differently? |

Bridget-
This would be reflected within the Pregnancy test form, their intentions, therefore you wouldn't utilize "Categories" for this measure. Categories enables you to separate particular clients for mailing purposes, such as Earn While you Learn, Material Support, etc if you want to send mailing out to this group of people.
To pull statistics based upon the assessment of the client please refer to the Pregnancy Test Statistics. You can select "Intentions before" or "Intentions after" support and find your information this way.
