Hi again!!
I would like to run a report for monthly donors BUT I do not want every donation that they have made I just want the names and addresses. They are in the Event/Event Group area listed as Monthy. Am I missing something or is this the only way to get them?

Hello! If I am understanding you correctly you have them setup within their own event as "Monthly" correct? If this is the case, follow the directions below.
1. Go to Donor Management
2. Go to "Reports & Statistics"
3. Go to "Batch Receipts"
4. Enter desired date range
5. Select Event: Monthly
6. Run Report
7. Along the upper left hand side click "View As:"
8. Select View As: List/Labels/Letter depending upon preference
9. Export to MS Word
